Turnaround times vary depending on the service desired. The standard turnaround time for each a la carte service is approximately 5-12 business days. A more detailed turnaround time can be found on the individual product page. Turnaround times are subject to change depending on the current workload. Please note that the turnaround time does NOT begin until you have filled out the design form located here. Turn around times do not include any edits/revisions/changes.

Due to the high volume of orders received during this sale, please note that turn around times may be delayed. By purchasing from this sale you are agreeing and accepting the possibility of your designs having a later than usual turnaround. Please be patient, as I will be sending out designs in the orders that they are received. Your designs will not be started on until your design form is completed and signed, so please be sure to complete that when you are ready to begin.

After purchase, your design form must be completed with all order related details. Your turn around time does not begin until this form has been successfully completed and submitted. You may find the design form in the left side/bottom menu on mobile, and top/bottom menus on desktop. It's also on the top of the homepage in moving bold text. You may also click here to access the form.

You will have 72 hours to respond to each message regarding any proofs/revisions. For each response that is later than 72 hours, your turn around time will be extended for an additional 2-4 business days. (Example: If I message you about a revision on Monday morning, and you don't reply until Wednesday night, your project will now be extended an additional 2-4 business days than originally stated.

Due to the nature of the type of items and services that are sold, Branded by Samantha does not provide any refunds for any services or products at any time. Wanting to use another designer or having buyer's remorse is not a suitable means for a refund. If you would like to cancel an order you have already paid for and the design process has already begun, Branded by Samantha will not refund any of the payment already received. If the client decides to not choose any of the concepts offered, no refunds will be issued as the work has already been completed. If there are any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out and get in contact with us. Any disputes/chargebacks that are brought forward will result in all information being turned over to your bank and Shopify for investigation and you will be banned from purchasing from my site. In no instance of a chargeback and/or dispute may you continue to use any designs created by www.brandedbysamantha.com. If it’s found that you are continuing to use any designs we created, legal action will be taken. 

The client is responsible for all website fees such as monthly subscription charges, app fees, etc. Branded by Samantha will provide the website design and limited product uploads only. Website design does not include shipping fee setup or sales tax setup. The client is responsible for researching if the products/services they offer are allowed on the Shopify platform. Branded by Samantha is not responsible if your website is closed/suspended due to the nature of products/services the client offers.

Branded by Samantha reserves the right to leave a "website designed by brandedbysamantha.com" note in the very bottom footer section of the website when completing any/all website designs and/or revamp.

Branded by Samantha reserves the right to request any client to show proof of identity by sending an ID check via email or text once order has been placed. This check is secure and is provided by an app within Shopify. Failure to complete this check or if you fail the verification may result in order cancellation. This is to protect both Branded by Samantha and the client from any fraudulent charges/activity. 

All designs include (3) free complimentary revisions. Any extra revisions will be an additional $15. To help lessen the chances of needing extra revisions, please be sure to be detailed when filling out your design form. Revisions are minor edits/changes to your logo such as a slight font change, color change, size, etc.

A revision is not a brand-new design. 

Once you have approved of your design(s) and they have been finalized + emailed over to you, the project is now closed and cannot be edited without an additional fee. Please double and triple check that everything is to your liking and spelled correctly before approving your final design. Any requested edits/revisions after design approval is subject to an additional fee.

Branded by Samantha reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. Cancelled orders will not receive a refund.

Printing and shipping time is approximately 4-8 business days after your designs have been approved of and finalized. Branded by Samantha is not responsible for any delayed, lost/stolen packages, or any incorrect addresses you may have provided. Tracking is provided once your order has been shipped via email. If there are any problems with your items, please reach out via email hello@brandedbysamantha.com and we will try to assist the best we can. 

All services must be paid in full before any work is begun.

Branded by Samantha withholds all rights to post any/all designs to our social media, website, etc. If your brand is launching in the future and not at the time your designs were completed, please reach out and let us know so we can be sure not to post until you have launched. We don't want to spoil your moment.
