Thank you so much for your interest in working with me! Please allow me 2-4 business days to review over your form and get back to you via email. Within this time frame please be sure to check your spam/junk folder as some of my emails do end up there unfortunately.

Thank you so much for your purchase! When you're ready to get started please complete the design form - this is located on the homepage under the main menu, the moving text under my top banner as well as in the very bottom footer of my website. Your turn around time will not begin until this form has been successfully completed and submitted. These instructions are also in your confirmation email after purchase.

No problem! You do get 3 complimentary edits/revisions for most services. In the case you don't like the first round of concepts, please be sure to email back a detailed list of revisions along with likes/dislikes. Any revisions that exceed the 3 complementary included will result in a $15 fee each. To avoid multiple edits/revisions please be sure to complete the design form with as many details as possible.

Due to the nature of the type of services I provide, refunds are not offered under any circumstances. Since I offer a service, it is my time that is paid for and once a project is started I cannot get that time back. Please understand I do my absolute best to accommodate every single client to the best of my ability.

Turn around times vary and can be found of the product page of the service you're interested in. Turn around times are always approximate and not guaranteed - meaning it can be delayed by a day or two, give or take depending on current work load.
